The school is known for its performing arts programs and courses including Theatre, Dance, and Entertainment Technology Program. Their courses can also be taken with other art schools sih as the Theatre program in Rutgers University, Dance in Juilliard, and Stagecraft in the Yale School of Drama. The MCCC Theatre Program is also home to the school's Drama Club, which produces Late Night Series, a twice-monthly open mic night on campus.
